1. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
2. Caution: The product cannot be baked in a microwave oven.
Baking instructions
1. Set the proofer temperature at 32-35°C with 70-75% humidity.
2. Place the croissants in the proofer for 45 minutes.
3. Bake, in preheated oven, at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Adjust the temperature and the duration of the baking according to your oven.
